    • We also ship to residential addresses with liftgate service if needed.

    • Available to select countries worldwide.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services, typically 7–27 business days.

    • International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


    2. Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

      • Destination

      • Weight of the items

      • Whether the address is business or residential

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    6. Refused or Returned Orders

    • Refused or returned orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

    • This fee will be deducted from your refund.


    7. Returns and Exchanges

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
