1. General Terms

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to all returned items that meet the return criteria.

Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided all return conditions are met.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Performance engines are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a warranty issue arises within the warranty period.

  • Parts are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable

  • Any warranty or refund applies only to the original purchaser. Refunds will be issued solely to the original purchaser and via the original method of payment.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and uninstalled.

  • All original packaging, components, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not have been disassembled, modified, or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.


3. Shipping & Associated Costs

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs, including original and return shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages During Shipping

  • Advance Auto Parts is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

  • Once products leave our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Other Expenses

  • We are not responsible for any costs related to product application, such as labor, transport, or other associated expenses.


4. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above are not eligible for a refund.

  • Performance engines and parts sold as-is are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Restocking fees of up to 35% and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If a product was purchased from a previous customer, reseller, or marketplace not directly associated with Advance Auto Parts, we reserve the right to refuse requests for information, support, or warranty claims.

  • To ensure authenticity and warranty coverage, always purchase directly from Advance Auto Parts.
